• We only offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Damage – Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  2. Approval Process – Once we verify the damage, we will approve the exchange.

  3. Return the Item – The damaged item must be returned in its original packaging.

  4. Receive a Replacement – After receiving the damaged item, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Make sure our social media Facebook, instagram, youtube, mail and contact deatils are only for providing information to customer not for return or Exchange service.

3. Exchange Procedure:

• Customers are kindly requested to return the damaged item through a reputable courier service to the address provided by our dedicated customer support team.
• Please ensure the returned item is in its original packaging, inclusive of all accessories, tags, and labels.

4. Replacement:

• Once we receive the damaged item and confirm its condition, we will promptly initiate the dispatch of your replacement product.
• In cases where the same product is unavailable in our inventory, we will offer an equitable exchange or store credit.

5. Refunds:

• Please note that we do not facilitate refunds at Wandian.

6. Shipping Charges:

• Customers are responsible for the shipping expenses incurred while returning the damaged item for exchange or replacement.

7. Non-Eligibility:

• We regret that we cannot entertain exchange or replacement requests for items that have been used, cuslaundered, or modified.
• Damages resulting from improper usage, negligence, or mishandling of the product are not covered under our exchange and replacement policy.
